Refund policy

30-day returns

You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, whether or not it has been opened.

Damaged orders

If an item arrives damaged or leaking, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Start a return

Email hello@lightanchor.ai with your order number and the product you are returning. We will provide a prepaid return label. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return arrives.
